Shipping Policy
We ship most orders the same business day if they are paid before 12:00 P.M. in your time zone. We will e-mail you a tracking number so you may track it at FedEx.com. Please note transit times do not include weekends and deliveries only occur on business days. Most of our customers receive their items the next business day after placing their order. We have some of the fastest shipping on the net.
PSOfficeSupply.com does NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses or international.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick the order for shipment. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund for refused shipments of undamaged products returned to shipper.
Expected Delivery Date
With several distribution centers around the country, most of our customers receive their items within two business days of placing an order. Our expected delivery dates are calculated based on a number of factors including product availability at a majority of our distribution centers, time of day, and whether an item must be shipped freight. If an order is for a high quantity of one or more items, for an item not available at the nearest distribution center, or shipping to a remote location, delivery may take longer than expected. PSOfficeSupply.com cannot guarantee any stated delivery date.
Truck Deliveries (Freight)
A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for a truck delivery. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment.
IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for refunds or replacements.
Truck shipments are tailgate/dock/curbside delivery only. The driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item inside. Should you need a lift gate to get the item off the truck, additional charges may apply.
Inside delivery and/or setup is available for business addresses in some metropolitan areas for an additional charge. If you request the driver to deliver inside at time of delivery, you will be responsible for any additional charges. Contact us at 800-203-0233 or by email to orders@PSOfficeSupply.com for a quote. Be sure to include the item numbers you are inquiring about, your shipping address and if inside delivery will involve stairs. Inside delivery is not available to residential addresses or home offices.
Residential delivery may not be available in some areas; we will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address.
Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and International addresses
PSOfficeSupply.com does not ship to these locations. We also cannot accept orders shipping to freight forwarding companies.
Free Shipping Policy on Cushion Pack Cardboard Shredders
PSOfficeSupply.com will ship Cushion Pack Cardboard Shredders within the boundaries of the contiguous 48 states of the USA at no charge and will even insure your shipment against damage in transit.
Our Mexican and Canadian customers will receive the same free shipping to a USA border city, but all costs of transit across the USA border will be borne by our Mexican or Canadian customers. PSOfficeSupply.com does not guarantee transit times, either verbal or inferred. These are estimates and should be understood as such. All weights shown are approximate and obtained from standard packaging procedures. Skid or pallet weight is not included.
Dock to Dock Delivery on Cushion Pack Cardboard Shredders
All shipments on Cushion Pack cardboard shredders will ship freight prepaid from our shipping dock to the customer’s receiving dock only. Additional charges will apply for delivery other than dock to dock (such as to a residential address). If dock appointments are required for receipt of merchandise, then it is incumbent on the customer to notify PSOfficeSupply.com of this policy. The customer is responsible for any additional delivery charges if dock appointments are not kept by the end user. The customer is also responsible for providing necessary equipment for offloading any merchandise. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the merchandise upon arrival and to verify the accuracy of the delivered merchandise.
Liftgate Service on Cushion Pack Cardboard Shredders
Additional charges may apply if a liftgate is required to complete a delivery. A liftgate is a used to move freight from the truck’s floor to ground level and is required for heavy items that may not be lifted by one driver or delivery person. Liftgates are typically required where the customer does not have “dock high” receiving facilities. Any customer that cannot provide an adequate loading dock should request a liftgate service when ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify PSOfficeSupply.com if a liftgate delivery is required. By purchasing liftgate delivery service, the customer is not purchasing inside delivery to the customer’s facility.
Cost of Redelivery on ALL Items including Cushion Pack Cardboard Shredders
If a delivery is refused by a customer (for reasons that are not the fault of the carrier) and if the merchandise must then be redelivered to the same customer, then the customer will be charged a redelivery fee by the carrier, and PSOfficeSupply.com will collect and bill the customer for this additional redelivery fee.
Cost of Redelivery International Shipping on Cushion Pack Cardboard Shredders
For those customers outside of the contiguous 48 states of The United States of America, prepaid shipping is available to a dock in the USA only; and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide for shipping arrangements from the USA dock to the final destination. All costs for shipping from the USA dock to the final destination are borne by the international customer. All international orders must be paid in advance via wire transfer and the order will ship subsequent to receipt of said wire transfer.
